Diving Team

Elm Park Pool’s diving team is for anyone interested in the sport of competitive diving. At Elm Park Pool, we encourage participation from members of all levels, regardless of experience. Diving practices occur 2x per week, with lessons and team practices occurring at the same time. During the practices, divers will learn the basics of safe and effective technique as well as develop 3-5 different competition dives, depending on their age. The Dive team is led by a team of 2-3 coaches experienced in the sport of diving.

Dive team members are also encouraged to participate in as many of our 5 weekly competitions as possible. Our competitions are filled with positive energy and passionate cheering from our coaches and members and create a uniquely memorable experience for our divers. They are held on 5 consecutive Thursday nights starting the first week of July. Divers are asked to be at the host pool by 5:15PM for competitions, which typically end around 8:00 PM. Divers may also qualify for league championship meet (see monthly schedule for competition dates).
