Our lifeguard team is full so we unfortunately have no positions available at this time. However, we encourage you to apply in August 2025 when we begin assembling our team for 2026.

Youth Club Manager Job Description
The EPRA Youth Club Manager’s key tasks and responsibilities include:
1) Leadership & Supervision
Provide overall leadership, training, and constructive feedback to Youth Club staff to ensure quality program delivery, teamwork, and a safe and inclusive job environment.
Supervise all Youth Club participants, ensuring their overall well-being, development, and safety.
Ensure that counsellors maintain constant surveillance of children in both pool and non-pool areas, identifying any unsafe situations and taking action to maintain safety.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Youth Club policies and practices, as well as pool policies and safety protocols, ensuring compliance from all counsellors.
Administer First Aid to children as required.
2) Program Implementation & Activity Leadership
Lead and implement daily Youth Club activities, including recreational programs, games, friendly competitions, and cultural exchange activities.
Maintain schedules for Youth Club participants, guiding them through swimming lessons, swim program activities, and all non-swimming recreational activities.
Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
3) Administrative Responsibilities (with support from the EPRA team).
Before the season begins:
Plan and prepare engaging weekly themes and structured activities for the program.
Organize and gather necessary materials for games and events
Develop schedules and ensure all logistics are in place for a smooth program start.
Assist in the training of Youth Club staff.
During the season:
Maintain program records, including incident reports and daily attendance.
Track children’s dietary restrictions/allergies and ensure all restrictions are respected during meal and snack distribution.
Communicate with parents about their child’s participation, special events, and any incidents as required.
Ensure ongoing organization of activities, making adjustments as needed to enhance program engagement.
